RECORDING STUDIO
A professional, fully equipped, digital recording studio is at the heart of BluRum’s creative compound. The studio provides engineering services, voice and instrument recording, as well as production and mastering. The studio also offers songwriting and music production workshops, music video direction, as well as consulting services for music release and distribution. Media services include sound design for digital media, TV, radio, and film.
VENUE
The covered stage within the studio compound provides an ideal venue for everything from live performances and movie nights, to exercise classes and private gatherings. With a ticket booth at the entrance, the roughly 200m2 venue features a covered, 10x10m platform and two public washrooms with showers. Access to Nosh, the spacious outdoor kitchen & bar within the Art Garden can also be included to cater events.
The BluRum Stage can be rented for private events, kids clubs, and conferences. As part of our neighbourhood outreach activities, BluRum Stage opens on weekends to local children for skateboard lessons on its mini ramps and half-pipe.
ACCOMMODATIONS
The BluRum Art Garden is home to the recording studio and two ensuite guest bungalows for visiting artists and guests. The larger Sun Bungalow features a rain shower, indoor and outdoor living space, and work desk. The smaller Moon Bungalow features a rain shower, work desk, and outdoor living space. Both bungalows have full access to Nosh, the outdoor kitchen and co-working bar.
